Frequently asked questions

  • Are you insured and bonded?
    Yes! We are insured with ProFur. We are not bonded because that is for businesses with employees and Pawsitive Company is solo run by Cassie.
  • Will you let my cat outside?
    As per Pawsitive Company Pet Services' policy, no. We have unfortunately witnessed too many sad endings with outdoor cats or cats that escaped their home due to a previous job and strongly believe cats belong indoors only unless supervised visits/walks outside with guardian or in a safe contained area like a catio. We love to keep cats busy with playtime and giving them different types of enrichment such as puzzle toys and clicker training to work their brains and tire them out that way.
  • Do you offer boarding/daycare at your home?
    We do not, sorry!
  • Do you offer 15 minutes per day visits?
    No. We strongly believe that pets deserve love and attention every single day! When we care for your pets, we deeply care for them like they're our own and it would cause us a lot of stress and worrying wondering if they're okay on a day we didn't check up on them. A LOT can happen in just 24 hours, pets getting sick, getting into something they shouldn't, getting trapped, escaped out a window, there could be a burst pipe, leaking toilet and so on.
  • Can you visit every other day?
    Pawsitive Company Pet Services's policy is to visit at least once a day for a minimum of 30 minutes for the safety and well-being of your pets and home. There are endless possibilities of things going wrong such as medical related emergency for your pets, pets getting stuck/trap in things or room and as well home-related emergencies could come up like leaking a toilet or a flooded room (it has happened)!
